.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will settle S
across the waters today, and then will shift E and SE of the area
tonight through Thu night while maintaining a ridge over the
region. Another cold front will approach the coast Thu night,
then move through the waters Fri night into Sat. High pressure
will build in behind the front Fri night into Sat night.
