across parts of central South Dakota late this afternoon and early 
this evening, then during the evening and early overnight hours 
across eastern South Dakota and west central Minnesota. Windy 
conditions will continue tonight and through the day Tuesday. 
Minimum relative humidity values Tuesday afternoon will be in the 45 
to 65 percent range.
