.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain
situated W of the N waters tonight, weaken slightly Wed into Wed
night, rebuild NW of the area Wed night through Thu night, weaken
Fri into Sat morning, then intensify once again Sat night into
Sun night. A cold front will move into the northern waters
tonight and Wed, then weaken as it enters the central waters Wed
night and gradually dissipate over the southern region Thu. A
trough will develop along the Central and S California coast on
Wed and persist through Thu, before extending N across all of the
California coast Thu night into Fri, before weakening Fri night
through Sat. Another cold front will move into the northern
waters Sat and Sat night, then S of the area on Sun.
