.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain W and
NW of the N and central waters tonight through Tue morning, then
drift N while maintaining a ridge to the N and NW of the waters
Wed through Thu night. A coastal trough along the entire coast
will persist through Mon, then weaken into Mon afternoon. The
trough will redevelop and intensify along the N and central coast
Tue into Wed night, then gradually weaken through Fri night. The
area of high pressure to the N and NW of the area will weaken Thu
through Fri night as a new area of high pressure forms just W of
the central and southern waters.
