.DISCUSSION...

A breezy and warm day is expected today as high temperatures reach
up into the low to mid 80s across west central Minnesota. 
Southerly winds are expected to increase through the afternoon 
hours, with gusts up to 20 kts possible at times. Very dry weather
also prevails today with minimum RH values in the teens to low 
20s by the afternoon hours. Winds become light and variable
overnight tonight before becoming more sustained and gusty again
into Sunday. Minimum RH values look to plummet back to the teens
to low 20s again by Sunday afternoon as well.
