.DISCUSSION...Clear skies and low afternoon RH values highlight
today's fire weather forecast. At the burn site, RH is expected to
fall into the mid 30s with a "worst case scenario" of 25-30% (if
mixing is stronger than currently forecast). Smoke dispersal will
be fair to good with northwest winds gradually increasing this 
afternoon.

Rain chances increase tomorrow afternoon/evening as the next
sensible weather system arrives. With increased mositure into the
region, afternoon RH vaues are forecast to fall as low as 47% 
with poor smoke dispersal in the morning becoming good as 
southeast winds increase.
